Wholesale

Cordelia Classics offers wholesale prices to qualified customers. If you are interested in becoming a wholesale customer, please read the following terms.

Wholesale Terms

Discount & Ordering
Once your wholesale status has been approved, you will be able to order eligible items at a discount. Since inventory levels are set on our website, wholesale orders are not done online. Wholesale orders are processed by submitting an order form via email. An order form with discounted prices will be sent to you when your wholesale status is approved.

Payment
For all wholesale accounts, payment is due in full upon placement of order. We do not offer net terms at this time. Once an order is received, you will be invoiced through Paypal. Wholesale orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. If you prefer not to use Paypal, other payment arrangements can be made such as check, money order, or phoning in a credit card.

Minimum Order
$100 minimum order This is after discount and before shipping charges.

Cancellation
All orders cancelled after production has begun (typically within 2-4 days of payment) will incur a cancellation fee of 20%.

Delivery
Since all items are made entirely by hand, production time varies depending on the size of your order. You will be notified of expected turnaround when placing your order. If you would like a turnaround time quote before placing your order, just send us an email sales@cordeliaclassics.com with the items you plan to order and we can give you an estimate. Rush orders are available on a limited basis and will incur a rush charge. Please note that rush orders are not always possible as our time and supplies are limited.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS, or FedEx/UPS for larger orders. Please contact us if you have a preference for a particular shipping method. Shipping charges will be added to your total when you are invoiced.

For Resale Only
All products are to be purchased for resale only. Your wholesale account is not to be used by anyone other than you or an approved representative of your company. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal use. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement.

Returns
All sales are final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what will sell in his or her store and you assume this responsibility when you place your order. No “Buy Backs” or returns.

Defects/Shipping Damages
We will replace all damaged/defective merchandise for an identical item. Please contact us before returning any products. If items are received damaged contact us immediately so we can arrange accommodations for exchange. All wholesale orders will be shipped with proper insurance and we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. If you have a shipping damage claim, please contact the shipping carrier and Cordelia Classics immediately. Shipping damages are not our responsibility and are therefore not entitled for refund or exchange.

Agreement of Terms
By applying for wholesale status with Cordelia Classics, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason.
